Flaxman Wines The Stranger Shiraz Cabernet is a classic Australian blend combining Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Barossa and Eden Valleys.

Each variety is fermented separately in hand plunged open fermenters. The Shiraz matures in seasoned American oak, the Cabernet in seasoned French oak. After up to 24 months the wine is blended and bottled without fining or filtration.

Crimson purple, Flaxman Wines The Stranger Shiraz Cabernet has bright red fruit flavours and long, integrated tannins. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
